The Mission
Competency Focused, Micro Training
Because of the robust training offerings provided by their organization, we opted to modularize their content in focused elements, enabling them to manage and update the catalog much more rapidly going forward.
The goal was to focus on micro-segments that really focused on a specific, tactical area of knowledge for law enforcement professionals. This allowed our client to deliver shorter, more focused learning (outside of the traditional multi-day workshop format), and it allowed them to update and maintain the course materials in a more compartmentalized way.

They provide 1,000's of trainings to law enforcement professionals globally focusing on digital evidence collection, examination, and verification. Scaling virtually meant their subject matter experts could spend less time on the road and more time developing new solutions for the market. All while delivering industry leading, award-winning training programs that generated multi-seven figure revenues.
The Journey
Cellebrite's product suite delivers solutions for every stage of a digital investigation. Working with their in-house team, we converted training that they were doing on-site into progressive online credentials that included virtual labs for hands-on practice, content and tutorials, and knowledge-based exams.
Write
The law enforcement community often requires that true experts be the ones 'teaching the course.' Due to the technical and high-stakes nature of training these individuals to perform forensic examinations, we collaborated closely with in-house and contracted forensic experts.
Key Activities:
- Developed comprehensive training materials with input from forensic experts.
- Converted technical documentation to practical, user-friendly content.
- Ensured the training retained the authentic 'voice of the officer' throughout.
Design
Due to the rapidly changing environment of the software platform, global investigation laws, and evolving needs of the law enforcement community, we developed training formats in a consistent, plug-and-play manner. This approach allows others to easily update information, while we seamlessly incorporate changes with minimal downtime.
Key Activities:
- Developed a flexible, plug-and-play training system to support frequent updates.
- Ensured compatibility with enterprise LMS standards (SCORM/xAPI).
- Implemented mobile-friendly content that can be easily managed.
Produce
Working with actors for technical and critical information didn't provide the authenticity we needed. Instead, we collaborated with in-house and contracted SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) from scripting to final content delivery.
Key Activities:
- Established a branded production set for easy recording of training content and voice-overs.
- Participated in lab sessions to produce curriculum using specialized hardware and tools.
- Delivered over 500 videos covering technical topics, including binary operations, OS content, and social media intelligence.
The Results
Cellebrite has led the market for almost a decade in law enforcement technologies and training. Online increased capacity, expanded options for client agencies, and provided multi-language support.
