Working with End Slavery Tennessee, a non-profit focused on human trafficking prevention and survivor after care, we collaborated to produce training to identify and report trafficking behavior in public schools and delivered to all Board of Education employees virtually.
The challenge was time and money.
The TN Board of Education had a limited budget, our client had and endless amount of expertise, and we needed to deliver a statewide solution in just 6 short weeks.
Working with Marketing, Product Dev, and Sales teams, we we developed a roadmap and launch strategy that make training frictionless and automated.
The goals of the program were layered. Human trafficking is greatly misunderstood and misinterpreted, so one of the goals was simply defining and articulating what Human Trafficking was and how it appeared in communities.
From there, the mission was to build empathy, provide resources, and actionable steps that should be taken if potential victims are identified in public schools.

We chose to implement the training using one of our platform partners, Thinkific. This resulted in a short 4-week implementation timeline with simple customizations.
We scripted and produced the program with the help of End Slavery TN leadership and care providers.
In addition, interactive quizzes, examples, and case studies were designed for further interaction outside of multimedia content.
Funded by the Office of Criminal Justice Programs (OCJP), End Slavery was able to impact more than 20k educators state-wide with no additional staff.
Educators were able to participate in training program on-demand, and completions were automated with certificate delivery and tracking.
