End Slavery Tennessee, a non-profit organization that provides aftercare services to survivors of human trafficking in Middle TN, approached our team to develop a state-wide anti-trafficking program for all Board of Education employees, helping public school teachers recognize at-risk students in public schools.

In 2019, the state of TN passed legislation, House Bill 0970, requiring "the family life curriculum used in public schools includes instruction on the detection, intervention, prevention, and treatment of human trafficking in which the victim is a child."

Our team had 6-weeks to finalize scripts, produce multimedia and interactive web activities, as well as assessment materials. We also needed to design the organization’s first learning management system that would support the 67,000 state professionals that would be accessing the training and receiving certification.
